Dear my Future Self

Dear my Future Self,

I'm not the best

I'm surrounded by kids who succeed as if it's second nature

Meanwhile I stumble and fall trying to leave the nest,

I fear your dream career might be in danger.

Not being exceedingly smart will be okay

Having to work twice as hard to get half the grade will be worth it

Just remember to remain at bay, and

Love,

C. A.
