Dear myself,

When you are hard on yourself, you cannot escape

Running through your mind, from these thoughts.

Your mind constantly drifting, lost at sea.

Some dark places can be found, some bright places too.

All of these places make up the person that is you

Take from the bright and from the dark,

You can be a better person on both the inside and the out.

Once you learn from the why behind these places,

You will no longer have to run,

You can be the someone that you are happy with.

And the one that you can love no matter what.
