Dear Myself

Dear Deja,
Why do you do this to yourself?
And why you never ask no one for help?
Your not alone, just let them know
You can't make it your own
I know you were taught to be strong
But you need help too
Let them in, let them help you
Juggling work and school
There’s a lot on your mind
And a heavy heart too
I promise not everyone is out to hurt you
Had troubles in your past
And you cant let them mold you
I’m always here, I thought I told you
See here you go again
Holding it all in
You should talk to someone
A counselor or your friends
You pose a smile
But not truly happy in while
Can't wait until you accomplish dreams
It’s not bad as it seems
Mental health is important
If your brain were some jeans
I know your breaking the seams
True happiness is key
Sincerely,
    Yourself
