Dear Parents

When i was born the doctors said i wouldn't make it, but you still gave me love and you didnt fake it

by the age of one i was supposed to have both my legs broken, i was encouraged by the words you spoken

i will never take y'all for granted, when y'all said yall had my back yall meant it

through thick or thin, ice or snow, you help this young man grow

Dear Parents, i love you, just in case yall wanted to know, i will never let yall go

By the age of ten i was having trouble making a friend, yall was there for me and neither of you pretend

at the age of sixteen i was juggling work and school, but yall kept me calm yall kept me cool

at the age of seventeen as i make this final stride yall been real with me yall emotiions yall didnt hide

yall want me to be successful as do i, Dear Parents you will always occupy a impact on my life
