Dear People,

Dear People,

I get it, I'm young.

But that doesn't stop me from striving for what I want,

And if I'm honest, my pride does feel stung.

By your words, your judgement, your staring like I'm some store front.

You won't stop me though, I will keep moving,

Reaching for everything I want in life and more.

I don't need your looks, that are far from approving.

Because believe me when I say, I'm gonna soar.

Love,

Me
