Dear Person from my Dreams,

You appeared twice,
do you remember?

The first time,
I was away.
It was fine
But not really.

Surrounded by friends,
about 200 miles away,
on a bus.

You were standing there.
On the road.
Watching.
What were you thinking?

You sent me written notes,
I read,
I didn't like.

So I woke up.
I forgot.

The second time,
it was closer.
My school,
my hallway,
you were standing there.
Again.
Watching.
Why did you appear
again?

You didn't move.
And I didn't either.
But you knew.
I think you knew.

What were you thinking?

I woke up.

Who are you?
I couldn't see your face.
Your coat was in the way
again.
Please
show me who you are, or
don't appear again.
No more notes.
Not closer.

I know you remember.
You appeared twice.
I read your notes once.
And didn't reply.
Is that why you appeared twice?

If that is the case,
my answer is
"Don't".

Please understand.

     Sincerely,

You Know Who
