Dear Potential *insert term of endearment here*
Your face is growing on me,
And I can almost hear sentences in your voice.
I'm getting better after every phone call.
Your face is growing on me,
And so is your smile that goes mostly unnoticed.
I'm getting better at noticing after all.
Your face is growing on me,
And I'm picking up your vocabulary and it is my pleasure.
I'm sounding more like you every day.
Your face is growing on me,
And so is your laugh, quiet but soft.
I'm hearing it more every time I call.
Your face is growing on me,
And so are your jokes and puns and bad humor.
I laugh harder after every single one.
Your face is growing on me,
And I can't explain it.
But I think I'm growing to like all of you too.
