Dear Reader

Dear Reader,

Some of us are full

so full we could fill the oceans

and paint the skies

with our emotion.

Some of us are empty

so empty we could

fall inside of ourselves

and never come out.

Some of us are bubbly;

confident like summer rain,

like the stillness of a theater

before a performance begins.

Some of us are sensitive,

like watching raindrops against a window;

our minds don't speak our mouths

and we'd never say what we write on paper.

Many of us want to crawl out of our own skin

but,

whoever you are...

                             ...you are okay to me.
