Dear Reader,

I didn't have the easiest life,

but I didn't have the hardest.

There were many things to happen,

the worst to come was mental illnesses.

I have anxiety, depression, and MPD,

and so do a lot of you.

I know everyone says it'll be okay,

but really it will. I promise.

I cut myself for so long,

tried dying more times than I know.

I didn't think I'd make it,

yet here I am, and I'm telling you:

It gets better and I love you.

I know it's not always easy,

but dammit it's worth it.
