Dear Roommate
What’s up Roomie?
I bet you’re anxious to find out who you’re going to spend the next year of your life with, because to tell you the truth, I am too! I’ve only ever had a sister, so I’m pumped to finally get a brother. Here are a few things about me:
I always wear socks. Otherwise I can’t properly go about my day because my feet get cold. But don’t worry, I don’t have cold feet about being your roommate. My feet just like to be hugged by something nice, just like I like to be hugged by nice people.
I’ll always be up for spontaneous midnight adventures for food or exploring campus.
I like to be clean, so you won’t have to worry about finding stinky socks lying around.
If you want to celebrate or just jam out, I’ll be right there with you dancing and belting out Disney or Imagine Dragons.
When you’re sick, I’ll bake for you. Like the time I made cookies for my sister who then proceeded to use my indestructible cookie to hammer a photo frame to the wall. On second thought, I’ll get food for you from the dining hall or cafe.
I’m a great study buddy, quiet when I need to be but also there for you if you want to talk politics, science, basketball, or whatever.
Alas, my time is almost up, but I’m sure we’ll have plenty of time to get to know each other soon!
