Dear self,

As I am writing this, my heart is beating.

A sign I’m alive, strong and able

And I know my constant degrading

Does great harm, it becomes hard to be stable.

I beg you please to not give up on me

We’ve been together forever

I think it’s time to me to be carefree

Still I remember you’re here for me whenever.
