dear superman

Dear superman

How u been

I haven't seen you since that casket closed

And my tears ain't stopped since then

Crazy as it seems i feel like your right next to me

Wondering if u can hear ,if you'll talk back

Will the feelings i feel ever bounce back

I remember talking on the phone

Telling you everything that was going on

I remember when i told you i had a boyfriend

Your laugh was priceless

But i knew you didn't approve because i was your little girl

But you meeting him was goin mean the world

See its almost 2:00am

And i can't stop thinking about you

I remember staying up like there was no moon

Watching jeepers creepers

Eating butter pecan ice cream

With two spoons

Yeah i know it's crazy right

I remember everything like it was last night

But these nights aint been the same

since i lost my daddy mane

Tears come slowly sometimes they come fast

But i know i'll never be able to put you in the past

Forever and always your little girl

Daddy you mean my whole world
