Dear Trials, I'm still here
Dear Trials,
For 17 years you've kicked me
punched me
taunted me.
But it's a funny thing,
I'm still here.
Every day I make the choice
to fight,
and force you to hear my voice.
It IS a funny thing,
I'm still here.
Atimes it looked like you'd won,
All I thought to do was run.
But it's a funny thing,
I'm still here.
I could be dead,
I should be dead
I deserve to be dead
But I've come out on top.
It's a funny thing
I'm still here.
I'm still here.
Ya,
somehow,
I'm still here.
