Dear Who Ever Will Listen,
Dear Who Ever Will Listen,
To whom it may concern in the middle of this crisis,
Everyone expects so much from me but I have never experienced anything like this.
The struggle of doing your best and going above and beyond,
Endless assignments and tests and quizzes that I'm scared I might bomb.
College is so expensive and it's even harder alone.
Struggling to buy books and pay tuition, work and take care of myself all alone.
Please send me help for I have struggled all my life.
I just need help with school so that I can live a better life.
A life where one doesn't have to struggle paycheck to paycheck is one for me,
It will all be worth it in the end, nothing in life is ever free.
Hard work and determination is the way I'll get it,
Though the nursing program is hard it's important to stick with it.
In order to accomplish the impossible I must remain humble, patient and kind.
But I will not fret for I'll be finished in no time.
Sincerely, Rakira.
