Dear world
Dear world,
For many years you have fought and seeks to see who’s is the best,
Who’s the most talented,
Who’s truly beautiful,
And who’s the smartest.
You have done the impossible to reach these goals.
The goals that are so simple to reach but yet we’re told as kids it’s hard to get there.
We’ve made this image in our head of the perfect person we want to be.
But why?
Why do we care of our body image?
Why do we care of who’s the smartest in the class?
Why do we care of what others think of how we look or act?
Why do we let them change our mind and make us think “why can’t I be born with that”
I’m tired of those thoughts and feelings
I just wanna be free
To live for today and
Not worry about tomorrow .
Free to spread my wings ,
Free to fly as high as I want .
Free to love whom ever I want and not be judged for it,
I wanna be free
To eat as much as I want
Act as me and not the ideal person society wants me to be
I want to look and feel beautiful without someone telling me I'm beautiful
I want to be free to live in a world that someone won’t tell me "ohh you have to much makeup" "wow you've gain some weight " "are you really going to be that" “you’ll never be that” “that’s impossible”!
So stop holding me back
Stop pushing me to the ground
Because I'm exhausted of being told I'm not good enough !
Can you just let me be !
To Be the person I want to be
To follow my own dreams and not the ones you want me to achieve!
So say your last words world because you are done,
screwing with me .
