dearest J's

Dearest J,

You were the third person I saw in this world

You were my irritating other half

You pushed me down

So I pushed back

I pushed better

And I pushed different

Thank You

J

You were the kindest of kind

I reminded you to be healthy

And you taught me to be a lady

Every week I waited to see you

You inspired me

To do what I loved

Even without payment

Thank You

J

You were the one who gave me music

And I gave it back

You reminded me that I could do what I liked

Though you were a thorn sometimes

You made me beautiful

And taught me to create beautifully

Thank You

I sincerely sign this thankful for everything that all of you have given me

I am a Freshman in college. I'm trying to write more, but I have... responsibilities (gross).
