Death

Lying here about to die, I think about what I lived by. As those memories passed by, It’s too late to say goodbye. I see all this blood on the floor, What should I have done before? If only I had a little more fun, If only I could see my family, and my dear son. The edge of my vision is getting darker, My breathing becomes heavier. Feeling the end of my life, But somehow I cannot cry. The time erode my body, But it cannot erase the memory. Those that are seared in my brain, Your smile, your face, and the day we sat in the rain. But now he’s here, Waiting for me to shed a tear. With his gentle gaze, Telling me, this is my final resting place Dear son, please be strong, Here I will sing you one last song. Life isn’t all that hard I’ll be there watching, when you shine like a brilliant star
