Death

The dictionary defines death as 'the cessation of life and all associated processes; the end of an organism's existence as an entity independent from its environment and its return to an inert, nonliving state.' Death, This lifeless body, All hopes and dreams, Lost. Death, It loves to play, Watch as it drains away, Lifeforms after lifeforms, Our lives reduced to nothingness, Unto thee we come. Death, Did we switch locations? I can't remember, The last thing I thought, The memories I forgot, I think we need a rotation. Death, Your brother walked into the room, Just before my eyes closed, Bringing empty wishes wrapped in regrets, Don't we all fear Fear? Life, That's what I saw when these eyes tightly shut, Couldn't seem to behold this confession, I think I mentioned one just before darkness gained weight, I became torn apart, Yet you came and shined through, These eyes could now see you. Death, Has lost his grip on me, I can now walk free, His life spoke to me, I live for him. Lyht Speaks. #No death in me.
