Death

Death is the smell of a decaying corpse,

The sound of cries in a funeral home.

     The feeling of abandonment hurts,

Not being able to sleep at night ever.

Death is the one thing that can crush your life,

Make you cry hysterically until nothing is left.

When it finally comes to you at last, it's almost a bit of a comfort.

Being with the one you love forever,

Not losing them again to an eternal sleep.

Death tastes like regret, you choke on the pain.

Not being able to apologize sucks,

It drains the energy from your body.

Now you are dead so you don't have to feel.
