Death

Death is a scary old man Wearing a black cloak, Standing still waiting for you In the mist of the night. He shows flashbacks of your life Right before he drags you away From the things you know and love, As he says “it’s time for you to come with me.” Other people cry at the thought of him Coming to take their loved one. As you lie there for the last time, They bow their heads in pain. He is the end of life and heartache; But the beginning of something new.
