Death at Dawn
"I'm fine" she typed
As the blood dripped down her wrist
Cuz nobody cared enough to give her assist
Never verbally asking, yet pleading for help
This poor girl suffered with all the pain that she felt
In a messed up home this girl was unloved
She thought it was a punishment from up above
So every night she layed alone and she sobbed
"What did I do to deserve this," her limbs throbbed
So to silence the pain this girl took her blade
She sliced up her leg to admire what shed made
This broken girls pillow was her only true friend
So after months of considering she made plans to end
She knew her idea would take away everything
With the pain she endured she couldnt keep suffering
This poor little girl was robbed of a childhood
Had nothing to lose her life was no good
So she stood in her basement and let the tears fall
A rope in her hand as she stared at the wall
Slowly she tied it with her hands shaking rapidly
Maybe in another life she could have lived happily
Hands on the rope, feet on the chair
She utters her last words and suspends in the air
"If theres a god watching over me today
I'm doing this because I cannot live this way
No one cares about me I have nothing to live for
I'll give you one last chance to change my fate or-"
The chair under her feet was not at all sturdy
And left a girl hanging who was not half of thirty
She didnt gasp for breath her arms didnt flail
Her body just hung there. Lifeless and pale
Yes she had suffered more than enough
Its really not fair that her life was this tough
And she died with the hope that she could live up above
Praying for a heaven where she could be loved
but Now what was once beautiful is gone
A sad and silent death at dawn
