Death at Dusk

Death at Dusk

For Muhammed Ali

Broken... Silence you dwell

In tomb solitude womb

As

Silent sky wept

For cheeks to betroth

Grief!

Whirled the globe

In pain beneath her heart

Your naked soul

Roared up hill

Uprooted the fatuous-being

Flexing-vain turned your dexterity

Ring as realm

Dwell

In Eden

Where death be not
