Death has come

The last breath,

The lifeless eyes,

The cold skin.

Death has come.

The air turns cold,

Sorrow sweeps through the village,

As the reaper stalks,

Those whose time has come.

The hood as black as night,

Haunts the village,

Waiting to take its next soul.
