Death Inside

Sorrow comes from within

A loss, A broken dream

Noboby knows how bad it is

though they've gone through it themselves

You hide it, You let it eat away

You cry yourself to sleep

Watch the day fade to gray

Sleep is the peace

Life the everlasting nightmare

A sleep is freeing

you imagine your lifeless self

Imagine the relief

No one will notice

No one will care

You imagine the darkness letting you in

The release from the pain

One day you wake up

It's gone the sorrow, the hurt, the pain.
