Death of me

If I was gone tonight

Would you cry

Would you even notice

Me slip through the night

Find me in the tub

Blade in my hand

Cuts on my arms

Stained with blood

Would you blame yourself

For the way you treated me

Don't look back.

Because no matter what you do

There was nothing left of me worth saving

Never would have thought I'd do this

Would you have told me to stay

And maybe you would help me through this

I'm always repeating in my head

I just can’t do this.

So I just add to the bruises.

Maybe you will notice

Tell me i'm not alone

Only lies seep from your mouth

Because you never pick up your phone

Say you only want the best for me

Little do you know

You will literally be the death of me.

I'm just trying my best

Why can't you see?
