Death of the Mind

Death is a concept

An idea

Abstract

Meaningless.

Death of the body

And death of the mind

Are not always seen as different

Even though one

Usually comes before the other.

Our new generations

Have the highest

And lowest

Death rates

Ever recorded.

Modern science

Has given us life of the body

But taken away

Life of the soul.

Death

Is not something you can measure

In heart beats

It's something you have to measure

In colour.

The colour of how somebody sees

Sees their life.

And if it's grey

Or even black

Well

You don't have to die

To be dead.
