Death part 5

The moon light was dim

But beautiful still

Death watches

Sara positings herself on the edge of the roof

Looking out at the sky

Her brown eyes wide

As she takes in every star

Her black hair is disturbed by the wind

Her lips slightly parted

Her pale skin glows in the moon light

And Death

Cannot help but stare, at the deep crimson blood

That is still oozing from her skin

He can feel her pain

How her arms tingle with pain

And the way the blood feels as it runs over her skin

And slowly dries

Sara looks at the ground below

And her mind begins to turn

She battles within herself

If she should say what she's thinking

Would I die if I jumped?

She whispers, slowly looking to Death

Death can feel her desire

It burns

Like a deadly black flame

Hard to stomp out

Easy to start again

You would

Death says slowly turning to the sky

And you wouldn't save me?

Sara moves closer to Death

Shivering

Her bare arms cold from the night chill

Would you wish for me to?

Or would you prefer to know

That I would save you

Because you feel as if no one else would?

Deaths voice is honest, not harsh

He speaks only the truth

I know no one would.

I don't have friends

And my Father...

Her voice falters

Preventing her from finishing

So Sara instead

Looks to the moon

And remains silent

Death sits in the silence with her

Knowing silence is what she needs

The darkness and chill of the Night carressing them

Death does not breathe

And he watches in quiet amazement as

Her breath fogs in the air

Floating to the moon

And disappearing before reaching it

Tell me about where you come from

Sara says

Her voice cracking

What  would you like to know?

Death's reply echoes in the Night

Everything

Death would smile in this moment

He can feel her sense of wonder

Her child-like awe of him

And he can't help but wonder if she will be drawn with every story

Or if she will flee

I shall start  from  the beginning

I come from the Realm of Spirits

A world beyond this one

A Realm that is not  for the mortal eye to see while living

Very few a mortal has seen the Spirit Realm when they still walk on the Earth

At the beginning, before Time exsisted

The world was in choas

The emotions that lived in every man

Had taken control of men

There was no logic, no reason

All actions were based off of feelings

And so the world was in flames

At this time no Guardian exsisted

The only powerful being to exsist

Was The Universe

No one knows what he looks like

The Universe is infinite

Exsisting in every moment of Time

Past, Present, and Future

All who are good Guardians, sisters, closer than any

So, to prevent further destruction

The Universe created

The Guardians

A mystical being who represented and controlled

Every natural event, emotion, and so on

There are multiple Spirit Realms

The one I come from

Is the most powerful

For all the most powerful Guardians reign there

Deaths words fill Sara's ears

She watches Death

Her eyes wide in amazement

Death looks to the sky

Now, I answered a question

It is now your turn, to answe mine

Death looks to the girl

And her eyes flash with a memory

She swallows and moves closer to Death

Her feet dangling over the edge

What would you like to know?

Sara is nervous, her stomach twisted into a knot

Her heart races wildly

And though she hides it well

Death can feel her discomfort

He chooses a simple question, though he knows the answer

Who is the man who makes you bleed?

Sara looks to the Night sky

Her eyes filled with so many raging emotions

Anger, fear, and a loneliness

That is hard to handle alone

He doesn't make me bleed..

Death forms a hand and reaches out to her, but stops

Drawing back, knowing she is not ready

She can't answer yet

So they sit in silence, staring into the Night

You must sleep

The rest of the Night you will not wake

For nothing

In the morning you will hear my voice

And only then, shall you awake

Death whispers softly

And Sara's body droops with sleep

And her eyes close slowly

Death pulls her back from the edge

She lays limp in his arms

Her breathing slow and deep

Death watches Sara sleep

As he carries her to her bed

Laying her down

And covering her gently

Knowing

He is in too deep

That...

This is the point of no return.

I love to write, it helps me to release, and in a way I feel like I'm creating something small. Even if it doesn't matter, ya know?
