Death, Where is Your Sting?
All around me it is dark.
No light can pierce the pain I feel.
I reflect on their final mark.
Death has left its final seal.
Hope seems lost; the end has come.
Through the night I find light from above:
The promise of thy kingdom come thy will be done,
The promise of Heaven and his incasing love.
The dark has ceased and the sun has risen.
All worries and doubts are comforted by grace.
Faith is found and sins are forgiven.
God’s arms are open, ready to embrace.
