Death of a Woman

They told her that he was dead A random plane crash Stunned silence, shock not present Just sudden weeping, wailing Appearance of grief She locked herself in her room Wanting solitude Joyful smiles lit her face Her whole life now before her Excited eyes bright She looks out the room's window The city's night life Bustling, energetic Beckoning, so beautiful Cannot wait to join People outside are worried Incessant knocking Put back on the grieving mask Led downstairs, a great suprise He was there - alive
