Death's Detail

Your face stares at me pale and emotionless every moment turning whiter than snow and my heart is burning Your hand clutches mine icy and stiff grasp quickly fading fingers, out of life but mine are shaking Your chest is still no breaths, no beats statue of death small spot of red takes away my breath Your eyes are glass blank and cold staring at the sky forever empty of you and inside, I willow and die Your soul is radiant beautiful and bright rising from your shell into the abyss and my eyes start to swell The gun lies smoking forgotten and alone I reach out my hand saying one last farewell and I will see you again
