December
I haven't told you but, I love your wide smile.
I know I haven't told you that your humor makes me smile.
When we speak at a distance, It's like you are with me...near me...almost too close to me.
I haven't told you but, I love your persistence.
I know I haven't told you that you've made me brave.
"It's not difficult" you say when I can't find my way.
I haven't told you but, I wouldn't have it any other way.
I know I haven't told you, that I wish we lay under the stars for the rest of our days.
I am falling in love with you, but you don't seem to be bothered.
I haven't told you but as much as I love being around you it hurts me.
I know I haven't told you that my heart aches knowing someone else can come your way and claim what I do love waking up to every other day.
I haven't told you that you've filled my days with complete happiness.
Taking away all sadness.
I know I haven't told you, but you are the only reason I'd stay.
Snow and rain, I can come to another day but you may be a the only sunflower still standing that snowy day.
I know I haven't told you but even if you can't love me the way I love you, knowing you was good enough.
At least today in this December Day.
