Decisions

Life compares to an ever winding maze

One must make choices, either left or right

Every one turn throws you in different ways

Sometimes paths may seem dark, but might turn light

I took physics, although I hated math

Dreading I’d fail, I sat in the front row

Then somehow my other half crossed my path

But no love comes at first sight, just comes slow

I still wonder what led to take that class

I’ll never fathom how I fell in love

I’ll never fathom how I did pass

But I found love as pure as a white dove

Mazes are complex, stay strong if you're lost

But all worthwhile happens at a cost
