Declaration of Independence
The pursuit of happiness had a whole new meaning
It was an avid chase
Marathon malaise
Stalemated battle
Bloody brain
Trying desperately, searching
Missing piece of me
Help Wanted, “My happiness” inquire within.
Deafening silence screamed,
In a desperate effort to end the pain.
