Deep Friendship

Cry if you have to,

but remember that i am here,

a shoulder to cry on,

let me make that very clear,

the pain may last a while,

but eventually, it will pass.

i hope you stay strong,

and see through the broken glass.

even when your heart wears thin,

and when the sadness brings you down,

remember to smile, my friend,

for you do not deserve to frown.
