The Deeper Meaning

One will ask what a poem is How it is created and how it lives But the truth of the matter is that a poem is its own Not a thing to claim but a moment, CAPTURED! Emotions flow and memories stur Time is remembered or a desire preferred A poem LIVES! It sprouts from a seed that was planted in time and grows like a vine unable to be tamed and confined If you try to subdue or alter the nature You'll get lost in words and crumble the paper I write to express and give life to my memories A certain time or place that gets lost in spaces comes to my attention in glorious phrases of Words.
