Deeply Rooted

This earth is my mother

The universe is another

It gave birth to my lover

Leaving me to uncover

All of what I must discover

This ole life is a gift

Flowing together in a rift

Noting every universal shift

Will make earth give you a lift

I have met the man of the mountain

There is no more doubting

I have seen the youthful fountain

Now I hear love is finally sounding

Hearts are finally pounding

Our body's finally grounding

To the roots that are finally sprouting
