In the Defense of the Word (1/8/12)

How does he plea? He pleas…involuntary! Why is word at fault? He was born…in the rippled veins of the brain Used as a scapegoat His homeland, a waste dump of hidden thoughts and unquestionable desires He continues to live through the exhausting roar of the vocal cords Ricochets in the esophagus Dances on the tonsils He grows in tears and shattered hearts that give him strength What evidence is there to prove he’s guilty? The mindless, emotionless zombies roaming around? Word did not ask for this He was perfectly fine ‘Til man defined him Took advantage And spat him out like nothing Don’t blame the bullet Blame who pulled the trigger
