Defined like a line

I am straight forward

drawn for a purpose.

I have a direction

a meaning.

Defined like a line

There are no sounds

when a pen hits the paper

quiet is my serenity.

Defined like a line

My text is rich

but not bold.

Defined like a line

But still soft

like a Monet.
