Defining Characteristics

Who are you? The paper asks

Little does it know that it just started

a train of thought a million cars long

I am a thinker

my mind twists and turns

in ways unlike any other

a complex web of connections

nearly indescribable by words

my ideas and thoughts overlap

to create a mosaic of brillliance

I am a fighter

I can never bring myself

to give up or give in

when I want something

I work for it

no matter how hard

it might seem to be

I am an athlete

I compete not only with myself

but with my team

and everyone who fights

I push for victory

even if it is far

beyond my grasp

I am an enthusiast

my passions bring joy

to myself and others

my hobbies make me

unique and quirky

the journey is the prize

not the destination

Not a single one of these aspects

is special in the world

but an idividual with all of them

is what makes me who I am
