Hey Guys Wassup!! My name is Didi B. but I go by "Latter Day Poet" when I perform Spoken Word or Construct Poems. I am a College Undergrad Student at the University of La Verne. I am Majoring in Chemistry, and Minoring in English Literature. I have been writing Poems since the Age of 11, I have been Performing Spoken Word since the age of 17. I write about everything and anything. Usually, I express what I am feeling at the moment or express a cause in which I strongly stand firmly behind it.I am constantly writing poems, because Poetry is and will forever be apart of me. I am always down for collaborations, so if any of you would like to collaborate with me on a piece, never hesitate to ask. I have performed my Poetry in many areas from Pasadena to Los Angeles to Long Beach. I am always improving, there is no such thing as too much improvement. I have my own Website called: "Poetic Phases Website". My Colleague and I have been doing this since our Freshmen year of college, and the website focuses on Poetry, Journalism, Art, Music, Fashion, Photography, Architecture and Design, Filmography, and anything else creative. I believe everyone was put on this earth by God to inspire someone, or be someone's biggest dream. I believe that we all have our own creative talent and craft, but for the Poets, I believe we have a power in which we can touch anyone through their mind or hearts, with just the power of "Words". It' s so amazing and indescribable that everytime I talk about it, I'm flabbergasted. Continue to shine poets, that is what we were put on this earth to do!! Let everyone hear you speak your mind!!
