delicate

“i never knew a mind could be so dark”

well i, i have never known a mind so light

flower petal eyelashes

flower garden you

growth sprouting from your palms

you had to have known

you were a gift

from this earthly mother

dark soil in your mind

it’s nurturing your roots

you tried to cut away your branches

but you were meant

to take up space.

you were meant to take up space.
