delusional heart

Dear Friend, Hey, can you image being stabbed in the heart as a child by your father? Then now as an adult, the stab wound begins to bleed through your cotton bandages. Would you freak out? You try to stop the bleeding but it won't stop pouring through the bandages. You tell a person you call your dearest friend, about your problem, hoping he or she could stop the bleeding. But instead of helping you, your friend stares at you and tells you you're not bleeding. You look down to see a large amount of blood on their hands as they walk away from you. You look at your friend in total confusion as they go to the sink to rinse your blood off of their hand. They tell you again, you're not bleeding. Stop being dramatic. Then sits in front of their television. You look at your dear friend then down at your wound. Then you say, why will no one see that I am bleeding? You begin to cry and hold your bleeding wound. "Dear Friend", you cry, "my blood was on your hands." Your dear friend turns up their televison and says stop being dramatic, you're not bleeding.
