dementia
dementia is not just a disease, it's losing someone, it's watching someone fall apart and crumble into pieces that you never thought that you'd take to heart. losing somebody to such a powerful thing in life breaks my heart you slowly see them forgetting things like your name, your age, your childhood and that is something I would never want anyone to live with because I lost someone at young age, my nana. tell the truth ruth they called her as they knew she couldn't a lost soul in a forbidden current lost in a sea of hatred, pain and sin searching for her soul, a new world to begin hoping for redemption a place to win. because she didn't deserve to feel in such sorrow because at the end of the day she was the brightness in a quiet tomorrow. but that tomorrow didn't show the loss came shortly after the goodbye and all i wanted to do that morning is cry she was my heart my soul someone i wanted to witness all my goals.
