Demon?

I'm dreaming

dreaming beautiful dreams

I hear a thud

and some more

I think it's Cocoa

I wake

I open my eyes

I see the silouite

of a dog

a labrador

it's big

it's ominous

I think it's Cocoa

but there's something wrong

I glance away

the clock reads five sharp

I look back

the dog is gone

like dust in the wind.
