The Demon Princess

In the land of fairies, the world was serene and peaceful There were few wars The land was a beautiful heaven That was until the great demon Diablo was released and destroyed everything in his path The villagers were in terror, they did all they could to defeat this monster Finally the elite of all of the fairies found a way to defeat Diablo, but it involved a great sacrifice In order to defeat Diablo the fairies must seal the demon inside a newborn baby in order to prevent it attacking for the next few years After discussing it with the king, the king had announced hat he wanted his soon to be child to carry Diablo since there wasn’t any birthing mothers that wanted to make that sacrifice, even if they wanted to, they wouldn’t be strong enough Agatha, a beautiful princess was born Her skin was fair, her hair was gold and her body was frail The king held up the baby in front of the demon as he said the forbidden chant of sealing and the demon was gone however the princess began to change One eye was red like a demon and the other was a sparkling emerald green Black like stripes appeared on her limbs like a tiger The rest of the land shunned her as the king went into a deep depression His wife had killed herself to save her self from shame Agatha was not allowed outside her room because of the fear and terror she caused The land of fairies was now different since Agatha was born She didn’t want to be seen as a monster forever An elderly man stood gathered the villagers to the town’s square “You shall not judge the princess for what she is” He told them “But she is a demon” Cried a distressed villager “She will kill us all” Said the distressed villager’s husband “Not if I train her” The elderly man said The villagers looked at each other in bewilderment “The demon gives her black magic abilities I know how to counter her abilities” The elderly man had said holding up a wooden staff “Just who are you anyway?” questioned a cocky villager “My name is Vladimir, I am a wizard and a demon hunter.” The elderly man said, putting the staff down A bunch of the villagers gasped Wizards were very rare to find in the Land of Fairies They were known to be great hunters “You think you can really tame that beast?” An arrogant villager said “I’ve done it to many” Vladimir said. “Just you watch” Years had passed, Agatha was thirteen She decided to leave the castle since the villagers had simmered down about the demon She had stepped outside into the warm sunlight and the crystal blue sky Vladimer had greeted her with a smile and said, “Hello” “Who must you be?” Agatha asked “I am a wizard, a hunter” He said. “My name is Vladimer” Agatha gasped and was about to hide back inside “Don’t be frightened. I came to train you inner peace and get rid of the demon.” He had said Agatha had softened for a bit. “You came to help me?” The villagers had gathered at the Town Square to hear the arrogant villager It was late at night so all the elders and children were asleep The villager’s name was Clyde and he hated demons “We must get rid of the demon princess.” He announced “The last demon we had wiped out an entire nation and I cannot let that happen.” The villagers were a bunch of loathsome and angry men who agreed with Clyde’s plan to kill the princess Clyde gave a Cheshire grin that was evil and said, “Here’s the plan” Vladimir had lead Agatha into the Forrest of Lost Dreams He had trained her for a mere five years all about chakra balancing and inner peace in order to calm Diablo After that training the black stripes had turned to a pinkish color that almost blended with her skin. Her red eye was green “Vladimir, Diablo isn’t dead yet How do I get rid of him completely?” Agatha asked. “If he dies so do you” Vladimir said with pain in his voice “This is the best that I can do. But here is a word of advice” Agatha looked up at him “Don’t feel fury, don’t feel rage You’ll only make Diablo stronger” Vladimir explained Agatha closed her eyes and said, “I understand” With that Vladimir had lead her back to the Land of Fairies and were approached by Clyde and his men “What do you want?” Vladimir asked “To kill the beast.” Clyde said, holding a gray stone in his hand Agatha gasped “Get out of here.” Vladimir said Agatha didn’t want to leave her grandfather figure out she knew in order to live she must flee It had been days since the rouge villagers had approached Vladimir He never returned Agatha began to think he was no longer alive She began to walk back as Clyde approached her once more “What did you do to him? Where is Vladimir?” She screamed “He’s dead.” Clyde said in a voice of a snake. “And it’s your turn to be with him” He threw a stone at her, which she had barley dodged She began to flee again but Clyde and his men chased after her, throwing countless stones at her “Such a beautiful woman has an ugly disease inside her, and for that she must die.” Clyde said Agatha had tripped and Clyde had grabbed her by the neck “Any last words?” In a demonic voice she had roared, “Don’t call me ugly!” With that claws and a tail and demon horns emerged and she slashed the villagers into ribbons She hated anyone who thought she was a monster She hated anyone who called her a demon She hated being called ugly More importantly she hated the villagers for killing her grandfather figure Clyde and the villagers were mere bits of pieces as the demon princess fell on the floor, dizzy from the hatred and wrath The demon parts had disappeared She looked at her palms that were soaking in blood and she cried She was a monster She was a demon She was ugly She was ruthless She was a killer In order to rid her of her sins, she had decided to go to the Cliff of Sins And there she had taken her life
