Demons
Dear Demons of my past,
You can no longer haunt me
You have no controll over me now
I have grown and I have seen who I truly am
You no longer have a place in my mind
That little girl you once haunted is gone
I go by a different name now
Your taunts do not face me anymore
The blade well never again touch my skin
Your words have no power over me
I now take your words and use them against you
I use your words to create beauty not pain
And every time you threaten to come back
I'll use your words and actions
And create
Create the beauty I see and the pain that hides behind it
I'll create a world with you
No longer affraid,
A.R.B
