Departed

You were my friend. Someone continually there when I needed you Until- that stormy day. But now is too late to make amends. What happened? Was it me? Was it you? Still now I can't refer to the reason. But- everything changed on that Day. Our paths intertwined, yet no words came to mind. As time progressed, hate began to thrive. On this day, I stand above you sad drooping flowers surround your place. And I continue to question...Why?

Losing a friend can be tough. The lost is especially heartbreaking when you don't know why you lost them.
