Depending on … Him

Proverbs 3:19 

¹⁹ By wisdom the Lord laid the foundation of the earth;
he established the heavens by understanding.

Ecclesiastes 1:18 New English Translation (NET Bible)

¹⁸ For with great wisdom comes great frustration;
whoever increases his knowledge merely increases his heartache.

Wisdom where do you reside ... why can’t you be found?

You are concealed from all that live ... and speak without a sound.

At least a sound that ears can hear ... only a whisper of the heart

that by-passes the consciousness ... of the bright and worldly smart.

“Great men are not always wise” ... and leaders catapult on vision

but wisdom does not have to be ... a part in such derision.

Why is wisdom so concealed ... and who opens that treasure

containing sorrows and much grief ... in life’s hard earned lessons?

A mystery of mysteries ... in what God placed in motion.

It only can be found in the truth ... through complete devotion.

A deep hunger for righteousness ... the solid foundation

based on unconditional love ... through the Spirit’s preparation.
