Depression

Depression isn't a thing you can just say oh I have depression today no you cant say that.

Depression isn't something you can tell someone about because maybe they don't know 

how you feel.

Depression isn't where your just sad no that is not depression.

When a friend says they have depression say these things

I love you,

You can do anything,

You are loved,

Don't let anyone bring you down.

Things you shouldn't say to people if they have depression 

Don't tell them they can get over it, it's not a thing you can get over.

Don't tell them you know how they feel when you actually don't know how it feels,

Thing you shouldn't do to people with depression

Don't leave them when there in the middle of depression.

Depression isn't something you can quit or stop like i'm just going to stop being 

depressed, so i'll be happy today yay!! 

You just can't stop feeling depressed or being depressed,

so you need to keep trying and maybe you will suceed.
