Depression isnt just sadness

depression is being hurt with no way to explain

depression is being lost with not hope to be found

depression is feeling worthless knowing nothing is going to change

depression is hiding tears behind a smile becsuse no one understands

Depression isnt just hoplelessness

depression is feeling indifferent to things that use to bring you joy

depression is wondering if you will ever be truly happy again

depression is knowing nothing is going to change

depression is a disesase
